Rakitic has been linked with a move to the Old Lady in recent weeks.
“My dreams as a young player were to play in Italy, Spain or England,” Rakitic told Tuttosport.
“It’s still the same today however moving doesn’t depend only on me.
“Knowing a big club like Juventus are after me gives me further motivation to do well and I am proud.
“I’ll be Juve’s new Zidane.
“When I was young I usued to love Robert Prosinecki but then I started to like Zinedine Zidane. He was fantastic.
“However, I also like [Alessandro] Del Piero and Kaka.”
Reports also suggest Barcelona are interested in the highly rated midfielder.
