A representative of the Brazilian coach was quoted in The Sun as saying that Chelsea had contacted him about a move to London.
Scolari said: “This is not true because I have a unique desire to be with Portugal in Euro 2008.
“It is a personal matter for me and I have agreed this with the Portugal federation.
“Now it’s rumour-time and papers will spread them to shift units.”
The representative quoted in The Sun, said: “I have not spoken to the English media since February and today they published quotes that I have never given.
“This story is false. Today Scolari is only focusing on qualifying for Euro 2008 with Portugal.”
