The 33-year-old has been linked with a move to Chelsea, as reports claim Carlo Ancelotti is keen to bring him to the club.
“Seedorf is a Milan player – 100 percent – and he will remain so until proven otherwise,” Giovanni Branchini told Calcio Mercato.
“There are no current offers. Whether something will arrive in the next few days, I don’t know.
“We’ll see.”
