The 28-year-old is desperate to leave Sevilla after having been left out of Sevilla’s 25-man La Liga squad for this season.
Maduro would consider a move to England, Germany and the Netherlands.
“Ideally, I want to go to a country where the competition is at a high level,” Maduro told Sport 1.
“Germany, England, but also I am open to the Netherlands. I won’t say no in advance to a club from the Netherlands.”
