Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has revealed that the 29-year-old is in talks with three clubs.
Palermo want around £8.5million for the highly rated midfielder.
“Simplicio? I’m negotiating with two German sides and with Fenerbahce. I paid for him about €7m (£6m), but to the Turkish side I asked for €10m,” Zamparini told Radio Incontro.
