Arsenal have improved markedly since their poor start to the league season, having endured a miserable August and September.
“When everyone comes back we will see another Arsenal play because when we started we lost two big players and it was not easy to have players like Cesc and Nasri missing. They were big players for us, very important. But in football it happens all the time. You need to forget about it and give confidence to the players we have got.
“Jack is a very good player and we need everyone. When we have everyone fit we are more strong and confident. We need every player because we have a lot of games. We don’t just think about if Jack is coming, everyone has their job to do in the team. That is why it is important Jack will come back soon.”
