The Mirror reports that Spurs are poised to sign Ramirez in a £1.5million deal when he turns 18.
Ramirez has been to London to sort out terms and will join Tottenhamfrom Independiente Jose Teran in the summer.
The 17-year-old impressed for Ecuador in the Under-17 World Cup.
