TalkSport reports that Drogba looks set to snub a move to AC Milan and make a move to White Hart Lane instead.
Drogba has been linked with a move away from Chelsea, following the arrival of Fernando Torres for £50million in the January transfer window.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is keen to bring in the 33-year-old, who has scored 145 goals in 306 games for the Blues.
