Redknapp has been linked with a move to Chelsea, following the Blues’ sacking of Carlo Ancelotti.
Bale told Sky Sports News: “I don’t think anybody at the club wants to see him go and I’m sure they’re doing all they can to keep him there.
“He’s been massive in what he’s done at the club.
“When he first came here we were in the relegation zone. He’s taken us from relegation to Champions League and he’s turned us completely upside down and into the team we wanted to be.”
