Spurs last night completed the signings of Emmanuel Adebayor on a season-long loan deal from Manchester City and Spanish midfielder Iago Falque on a season-long loan from Juventus.
“We’re working hard, the chairman’s (Daniel Levy) on a couple of transfers at the moment,” Redknapp said.
Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole has long been linked with a move to White Hart Lane.
“I love Joe, I’m a big fan of Joe but I haven’t spoken to Kenny [Dalglish] about him,” explained Redknapp.
“He’s a good a player and I still think he’s a kid we could get going again.”
