Chelsea, Real Madrid, Manchester United and Manchester City are all interested in signing the 26-year-old midfielder, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Modric’s contract at Spurs expires in 2016, but the Croatian midfielder could be interested in leaving following the club’s failure to qualify for the Champions League.
Chelsea had a £40million bid for Modric turned down last summer.
