Bild reports that St Pauli are in the market for a new goalkeeper to replace Mathias Hain, who could be on his way out of the club.
Mielitz joined Werder Bremen from Energie Cottbus in the summer of 2005, but made his official debut for the club in December 2009.
Mielitz is currently thid choice goalkeeper at Werder Bremen.
