Gosling is yet to agree to a new deal and could leave the Toffees on a free transfer in the summer.
The 20-year-old has been left on the bench for most of this season but scored aaagainst Manchester United last month.
Gosling could cost a fee at a tribunal if he joins another English club, but if he joins Standard the Toffees will get nothing.
