The 34-year-old’s current contract is set to expire in the summer.
“He’s been talking now about a new deal with the board,” said Pulis.
“We hope that’ll be done in the next couple of days.
“Thomas has played in all the FA Cup games and, if we were fortunate to beat West Ham on Sunday, Thomas would play at Wembley.”
