Sunderland keen to tie up deal for Arsenal and Man Utd target

Almohamady joined Sunderland on a season-long loan over the summer and the winger has impressed in the Premier League.

Arsenal and Manchester United are reports keeping tabs on the winger, but Sunderland have a deal in principal agreed with Elmohamady’s club, ENPPI.

“The fee is agreed between the clubs and we’re possibly looking to do it in January,” said Bruce.

“We would love to make that permanent – he’s a gem.”
