The Black Cats have beens truggling with poor away form but have impressed at home at the Stadium of Light.
“We’re better than that and that’s why it’s so frustrating,” said Cana regarding last weekend’s 1-0 loss at Wigan Athletic.
“There’s a big gap in our performances at home and away, and it’s important we find a solution by working harder.
“It’s about mentality. Each player has to bring a bit more to the pitch to improve the performance level away from home.
“We’re not far from being right, but we need to find a solution quickly.”
