Tevez is unhappy with the criticism from fans in his homeland.
“When I play for Argentina I spend more time suffering than enjoying myself,” said the 25-year-old.
“The (Argentina) fans insulted us, the journalists criticised everything… I’m tired of all that.
“It is okay for them to criticise the national team in football terms, but in a destructive manner no, we don’t receive any help.
“Sometimes I think about quitting the national team. Why should I come to Argentina and have a bad time?”
