There have been reports that a billionaire investor from Asia is considering buying the club for £400m.
But a club source told the Sun: “It will take a lot, lot, lot more money than that.
“This is in the very early stages but the intention to buy Spurs is serious.”
Manchester City was sold to their Arab owner for £220million but the Tottenham owners believe their club is worth more.
