Totti pulled out of training with a recurrence of a tendinitis problem and was sent for surgery on Monday afternoon.
“The surgery has been positive, it was eight minutes long,” the 33-year-old’s personal trainer Vito Scala told the Italian media.
“I don’t know if Francesco will recover in two or three weeks, but it’s sure he will be at Roma headquarters on Tuesday.”
