The Spanish newspaper says talks between Barca sporting director Txiki Begiristain and Toure’s agent, Dimitre Seluk, have stalled.
Toure is currently earning the least of the players in Barcelona’s first team.
Toure has been linked with several clubs, including Arsenal, Liverpool and several Italian clubs.
