The 36-year-old Turkey international’s contract expires in the summer.
He said: “I think I can continue for two more years at this level.
“I am hoping to stay as the Premiership is currently where every player wants to be.
“The club has become like a second family to me. I am happy both on and off the pitch.
“There has never been any reason for me to want to leave here.”
