Arsenal were the victims of a horrendous error by referee Massimo Bussaca when he sent off Dutch forward Robin van Persie with the London side leading the tie on aggregate at the time.
Wenger said: “We all understand that you can make wrong decisions but after that it becomes dictatorship, it’s not any more common sense.”
