The Daily Mirror reports that West Brom boss Roberto Di Matteo is looking to bring in a new goalkeeper as Scott Carson has failed to impress him in recent games.
Di Matteo is keen on signing Cagliari goalkeeper Marchetti to replace the former England goalkeeper.
The 27-year-old is also being tracked by Arsenal.
