Grant wants to use the money in order to get the Hammers out of their relegation trouble.
“We certainly need additional players, dangerous players,” said Grant after their defeat by Manchester City.
“Even if everyone is fit we still want to be strong in every position. If the owners gave me £10million, that would be great.
“We are five points from safety and that is not a lot when you still have more than half of the season still to play.”
