Juventus target set to sign new Chelsea deal

Brazil midfielder Ramires is reportedly set to sign a new four-year contract with Chelsea.

The London Evening Standard reports that the new deal is worth in excess of £70,000-a-week for the midfielder.

The 28-year-old’s current contract is set to expire in 2017 and manager Jose Mourinho is keen for the midfielder to sign a new deal with the club.

The new deal would keep Ramires at Stamford Bridge until 2019.

Juventus have long been linked with a move for Ramires and had an attempt to sign the midfielder turned down by Chelsea in the summer.
