Huszti is out of contract in the summer and Scottish giants Celtic are leading the race to secure his signature.
Hannover sporting director Christian Hostetter told the Daily Record: “He is free to speak to clubs in January but it is our opinion not to sell him in the winter.
“With our situation, it is impossible for us to let him go to another club at this time.”
