Kleber joined Cruzeiro from Dynamo Kyiv in February as part of the deal that saw Guilherme join the Ukrainian club.
Kleber has been a hit at the Brazilian side scoring six goals in eight games this season.
Cruzeiro want around €15million for Kleber, but sources have told A BOLA that he could be available for just €8million.
