The Times reports that Arsenal have joined Manchester united, Chelsea and Manchester City in the race to sign Rodwell.
The 19-year-old signed a five-year contract with Everton in February last year and the club have insisted they want to keep the youngster at the club.
Reports suggest Rodwell could cost any interested club around £25million.
