Cole is out of contract in the summer and has been linked with the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham.
He told Sky Sports News: “Nobody wants Joe Cole to leave, we all want him to stay and we’re confident he will do.”
Cole has struggled to make an impact for the Blues this season due to a serious knee injury.
