Besiktas are keen to bring in the 20-year-old, just a year after the winger joined United from Vitoria de Guimaraes.
Bebe made only two appearances for United in the Premier League last season.
Besiktas wrote in a statement: “We have begun talks on the transfer of Manchester United’s Manuel Tiago Dias Correira, ‘Bebe’.”
