Ilcalciomercato.it claims the Rossoneri have made a bid to sign the Kenyan midfielder this summer.
It is believed Parma want around €8million for the 22-year-old, who has also been linked with Valencia.
Mariga joined Parma on loan from Swedish club Helsingborg in 2007 but made his move permanent last summer.
