But the agent, Josias Cardoso, insists it is more likely that Cesar will sign a new contract with Inter.
“Yes, United have shown an interest in Julio, but they have never made an official offer,” the agent told Tuttosport.
“At the moment we are speaking with Inter about renewing Julio’s deal, but we have still not found a consensus,” added the agent.
“We hope to reach an accord by the end of the month. This is our objective.”
