The 17-year-old defender is regarded as one of the best youngsters in the Championship and has already featured for Wales Under-21s.
Cardiff chairman Peter Ridsdale said: “We have had two or three enquiries and I know Manchester United and Arsenal are interested in the lad.
“But there is no agreement with any club, verbal or otherwise.
“We want Adam to stay with Cardiff.”
