But Wenger does not expect the French midfielder to leave anytime soon.
Wenger told TF1: “The two Manchester clubs are interested. I always wanted to keep him, but has failed to extend his deal.
“I think that deep down he is happy here and I do not expect him to leave at this stage.
“He might leave one day, but for now nothing is close to being done.”
