But Buffon was not happy with their performance in the game.
“It wasn’t one of our best games, but in the end we took home what we wanted, that is the three points,” explained the Italian international goalkeeper to Mediaset Premium.
“It is fair to expect more from us, especially in a moment in which I think that a certain confidence and conviction has matured.
“However, we’re now coming from a bit of a bad period and I believe that the three points can be enough for the time being.
“We found it difficult to open the score, if we had scored before, we would have had more spaces to hit again.”
