Di Carlo believes his side can beat the Viola.
“We shall face a very good tactical and technical team. They have players of the calibre of [Alberto] Gilardino, [Adrian] Mutu and [Riccardo] Montolivo,” Di Carlo told Sportmediaset.it.
“However, I’m convinced that Chievo have all the necessary tools to worry them.
“We can use the fact that we’re playing against a top level team like Fiorentina, in a difficult stadium such as the Franchi, as extra motivation for us to do well. We want to try and beat team.”
