The frankly laughable comment came after City recorded an impressive 11th win in 12 games, but Mancini was clearly getting carried away.
“We started the season very well and this confidence is important for the team”, said Mancini.
“I don’t think we are better than Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United, but probably we are at the same level.”
