The 28-year-old joined Los Che on a free transfer as his contract with Russian champions Rubin Kazan had expired.
He told Super Deporte: “All is good, I am glad to be here and hope to get to work soon because we have many things to do.
“Valencia is a very important club, I’m very happy and there is a lot of things to achieve for Valencia.”
