Giggs ready to sign new Man Utd deal

United boss Sir Alex Ferguson revealed on Friday that Giggs had been offered a new deal for next season.

Giggs told BBC: “It was the first I had heard of it the other day so I was quite pleased.

“Hopefully there will be another year after that.”
