Grindheim and Norway face Huntelaar and Holland at Ullevaal on Wednesday.
He said: “Huntelaar is just like Ruud. He likes to be inside the box and score many “tap in goals”. It is important for us to keep him out of the box.”
Huntelaar scored 33 goals in 34 games for Ajax last year.
Grindheim added: “I was sure he would be sold from Ajax after last season.”
