Hazard has had a choice between Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United, but has now confirmed that he will move to Stamford Bridge.
The Belgium international wrote on his Twitter account: “I’m signing for the champion’s league winner.”
The 21-year-old was expected to join Manchester City, due to the club’s financial muscle.
Hazard has previously said of Chelsea: “They have great players and I always said I wanted to be playing.
“I think there is the possibility to play as well.”
