Inter boss Mourinho: Bremen clash won’t be decisive

Inter won against Panathinaikos in their Champions League opener this season.

“We have three points and so we are already ahead,” he said.

“I don’t think that any of the other 32 sides have put on a better showing so far.

“Tomorrow will be critical because Werder are a stronger side than Panathinaikos and Anorthosis Famagusta.

“It will be a very important game for Bremen but it’s not absolutely decisive for us.”

Mourinho added on his team: “I won’t make many changes from the derby because we played well.

“We are in good physical and mental condition so seven or eight of the players will be unchanged.

“If you want to talk about Serie A with me I’ll be here on Friday – today I’m just thinking about the Champions League.

“There’s a big difference between those who work and those write – for us there isn’t time to cry about things.

“I haven’t spoken to my players about Alexandre Pato but rather about Claudio Pizarro and rather than Emidio Morganti, we talk about Lubos Michel.”
