United rejected a £6.8million for Argentine defender Gabriel Heinze earlier this week.
Gill said: “We have received a written offer from Liverpool.
“But we will never sell to Liverpool or Arsenal — or Chelsea for that matter.
“I have told Gabriel’s agent that in no uncertain terms.
“If we receive an offer from overseas we may look at that.”
