Manchester United could include midfielder Scott McTominay in a deal for Everton star Amadou Onana.
FootballTransfers.com reports that United have initiated talks with Everton over a January move for the 22-year-old.
The report claims that a deal that would include McTominay moving to Everton is an option, due to Financial Fair Play challenges for both clubs.
United boss Erik ten Hag sees Onana as an ideal signing as he can operate in the No. 6 position as well as play anywhere across the backline.
McTominay is a major transfer target for Everton manager Sean Dyche, who believes the Scotland international can make an key impact at Goodison Park.
