Man Utd cuts its debt and post increased revenues

The club released their latest financial figures earlier on Tuesday.

The £175million of revenues for the last six months is an increase of £18.5million compared to the same period last year.

United also revealed that their debt was £439million at the end of 2011, less than the £508million they reported 12 months earlier.

United saw their total operating costs increase from £96.9million to £110.9million.

The club’s figures also show a bank balance of £50.9million.
