Manchester United ace Heinze was in Spain on Saturday to discuss a possible move.
Real chiefs are convinced they will beat Juventus in the race to land the Argie defender.
Heinze said: “I am convinced that if a good offer arrives then Manchester United will let me go.”
The 29-year-old joined United from Paris St. Germain for £6.9million in 2004.
