Grenoble general director Pierre Wantiez says the 19-year-old is the only player of his squad that could be allowed to leave this summer.
“Our transfers will also depend on the sale of players,” Wantiez told the Dauphine Libere.
“Today Feghouli is the only one who could move on. He has expressed the desire to embark on a new challenge and that is the moment for him.
“If a reasonable offer is made, then we will see. But movements on the market will start later than usually because of the crisis.”
