Higuain has been linked with a move away from Real Madrid and clubs such as Manchester United and Manchester City are reportedly interested in the striker.
But Spanish newspaper Sport claims Higuain is now ready to sign a new deal with Real Madrid instead.
Higuain will sign a new deal worth around 4.5million euros per year and will keep him at the club until the summer of 2015.
