Mohammed Abdellaoue joined Norwegian side Valerenga from Skeid before the start of the season.
Hareide said: “There is a long time since I’ve seen a player with the qualities that Moa (Mohammed Abdellaoue) have.
“The last time I saw a player who shoots like that, was Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
“Moa shoots quickly and accurately, and it is hard to be a keeper. Moa is a valuable player for both the club and Norway.”
