Nani said: “Cristiano has been unsurpassable in the support he’s given me. He’s really helped me and he is a friend who I spend a lot of time with off the pitch.
“Anderson and I have also both helped each other. He has been working really well, and although he hasn’t made his debut yet, I’m sure it won’t be long before he does.”
He added: “I thought the adaptation would be more complicated, but I’ve felt good and managed to play.
“The training is similar to what we did at Sporting, the biggest difference is in the matches themselves, because they require more fight and effort.”
